Can I walk through my home while it’s drying?
Please keep foot traffic to a minimum. If you must pass through a wet area, wear sturdy shoes and follow the guidance our technicians provide.

We check moisture levels and may open small sections so air can circulate or remove wet insulation. You’ll be updated at every step.
How do you handle sewage contamination?
Sewage backups are serious health hazards. We follow strict safety protocols, disinfect all hard surfaces, and remove porous materials that can’t be sanitized.
What happens when water floods my property, and what are the effects?

How long does it take to dry a property?
Most homes dry within two to five days, depending on how long the water sat and the materials involved. We record moisture readings daily until everything is back to normal.
